Dr.(Ms.) Sanjukta Ghosh, academically is a Ph. D. in experimental Physics from University of Calcutta, India in 2005. After completing her JSPS (Japanese Society for the promotion of Science) post-doctoral fellowship in the University of Tokyo, Japan she started her teaching career in 2010. She has more than twelve years of teaching experience as a teacher. In Hong Kong, she has experience in teaching IGCSE, IBDP and A-level curriculum for nearly ten years. She is a person with a natural driven passion for teaching, a dynamic & a dedicated educator who is well qualified to provide motivation and direction to the students and help them to become successful in this changing world.
As a scientific researcher Dr. Ghosh has experience working on nanoscience & technology, magnetic materials, low and high energy ion beams, spintronics and spinel ferrite systems. She has 18 international scientific publications in peer reviewed journals and one of them is in ‘Applied Physics Letters’ in 2006. She has participated and presented her research papers in almost 23 conferences, around the world, and in some she has delivered her talks. In Hong Kong, she has spent six months as an ‘Honorary Physicist’ and ‘part time researcher’ in Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). For her continuous academic achievements and contributions to the world of science she has been awarded as ‘Inspiring Achiever in Education’, by Milestone Global Awards in Malaysia, January 2020.
In addition to her academic excellence, she is also a passionate author, editor and publisher of ‘Coherence’ magazine and writes about women empowerment and other women related issues.
